Warranty

Effective Date: 8/25/2025

Cold Plunge Brain warrants to the original purchaser that the “Cold Plunge Brain” product and its original components are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Coverage

During the warranty period, and at Cold Plunge Brain’s sole discretion, any component found to have manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer, including:

  • Main unit/controller

  • Factory-supplied wiring and connectors

  • Original accessories included with the product

Repaired or replaced parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days from the repair/replacement date, whichever is longer.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, abuse, impact, dropping, exposure to unapproved liquids, corrosion, pests, or rodents.

  • Damage resulting from failure to follow the manual, electrical specifications, or recommended maintenance.

  • Modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by unauthorized third parties.

  • Normal wear and tear, consumables, and non-original accessories.

  • Incidental or consequential damages (e.g., loss of time, data, or lost profits), to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  • Products with altered or removed serial numbers.

  • Commercial or professional use not intended if the product is specified for residential use.

Warranty Claim Requirements

To obtain warranty service, the customer must:

  1. Provide proof of purchase (invoice or dated receipt).

  2. Supply the product serial number and a detailed description of the issue.

  3. Allow a diagnostic assessment by authorized service personnel.

Depending on the case, the product or component may need to be shipped to a service center. Outbound shipping to the service center may be the customer’s responsibility; return shipping after approved repair/replacement will be covered by Cold Plunge Brain.

  • RMA Number: Before shipping any product, obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and follow the provided packing and shipping instructions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cold Plunge Brain’s total liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product. No other warranties, express or implied, are extended, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except to the extent such warranties cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.

Consumer Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary by jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; the above limitations may not apply to you.

Transferability

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless expressly authorized in writing by Cold Plunge Brain.

Governing Law and Venue

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from or relating to this warranty or the product shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Victoria County, Texas, or the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Victoria Division, as applicable. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
